Are the labels waterproof?
Waterproof laminating is available as an option for our stickers, and you can find this feature detailed in the product description.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. We usually dispatch orders within a few days, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@stickersstories.com within 14 days with photos of the issue. We’ll check the case and may resend or refund where appropriate.
Can I return an item?
Non-custom stickers can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. You’ll cover return postage.
Do you keep my payment details?
No. All payments are processed by Wix and its partners. We never store your card or personal information, we just keep what is nescessary for processing your order and then we delete it.
How do you handle my personal information?
We collect only what is needed to process and deliver your order. Details are handled according to our store policy.
