General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Irish law governs all sales contracts.
Products and Prices
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT at the standard Irish rate (23%). Prices may change without notice. Product images and colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed through Wix using secure payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We do not store your payment card details.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from Ireland via An Post or DPD. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Cancellations and Returns
If you purchase non-custom products, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. To cancel, contact hello@stickersstories.com.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return postage. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
For custom or personalised stickers, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. However, if there is a quality issue or damage, we will review the situation and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content on this website remain the property of Holy Necromancer Ltd. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
VAT & Import Duties
If you live outside the European Union customs territory, local VAT, customs duties or import charges may apply when your order arrives in your country. These additional fees are charged by your country’s customs authorities, not by us, and it is your responsibility to pay them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

2. Data Collected
We collect only what is needed to process orders:
name, delivery address, email, and order details.
Payment details are handled securely by Wix and its payment partners; we do not store them.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is used solely to fulfil orders and meet legal obligations (tax and accounting).
We do not use it for marketing or analytics beyond Wix’s essential functions.
4. Retention
Data is kept only until delivery is complete and for up to one month afterward, unless longer retention is required by law.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared with Wix, payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), and delivery services (An Post or DPD) for order fulfilment. All comply with GDPR.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
Complaints can be made to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
7. Security & Cookies
This site uses HTTPS and Wix’s secure hosting.
Only essential Wix cookies are used for site operation.
